Shalom Beloved, As we complete the final days of Av, Elul the sixth month in YHVH???s ecclesiastical year awaits. In the midst of Av, the focus of that month changed. It changed from focusing on YHVH???s discipline into focusing on a proposed time of great joy. The 15th of Av, or Tu B???Av is the date on which the focus of the whole month of Av is understood to change from sadness to joy. Rosh Chodesh: The Big Picture

Gifts of the Spirit

The Bible tells us to earnestly desire the gifts in first Corinthians 12:31. Also in first Corinthians 14:39 we are admonished to both prophesy and speak in tongues.  In 1Timothy 1:6 we are told to stir up the gift of God that has been imparted to us.  In these Scriptures and others like them, we can easily see that the Bible is teaching us that the gifts of the Spirit are for all believers today.
